thatperiod.However,though the two no longer appeared in films during
the 1940s,they were
separately frequent guests
on the most popular 
radio entertainment 
programs of the later
time period.At this time
period,I had never heard
of Fred Astaire and Ginger
Rodgers having been
famous dance partners
during the 2930&#039;s.I understand why Astaire and Rogers are more popular with the post WW11 audience,but it is interesting how completely forgotten Macdonald and Eddy are.]]></description>
