Hello Kurt
I've taken the liberty of quoting from a passage in your book about Lydia Thompson in my compilation of the journal kept by my great grandfather, Henry Taylor, in his travels to the Americas and the Sandwich Islands. Henry met Harry D. Thompson when he (Harry) was working as a bartender in Port Ludlow in what was then Washington Territory. The journal is in the form of the blog at https://henrytaylorsjournal.blogspot.com/. You don’t need to wade through it. Just search for ‘Lydia.
I will remove the quotation should you wish me to do so.’.
Regards, Robert Cutts
